BENEFIT OF MEDITATION FOR BRAIN 

There are five different Brain Waves of Person: Alpha, Beta, Delta, Theta, and Gamma

When someone starts to perform meditation every day, the magnetic fields of the brain of the person in focus, which is said to jumpstart the healing of tissues, bones, and other body parts. We can attain several benefits by Meditation for the brain by regulating the energy of brain waves.

Alpha waves occur in our brain when the brain is in a resting position, such as when we are sitting still at the time we are at alpha state. When we are thinking of different thoughts, or when we are feeling little sleeping. Alpha is related to the “Power of Now’’. It means we are in still position or in present. These alpha waves are very useful in aiding the overall mental coordination by converting our mid in calmness with mind and body integration. Meditation helps us to stay calm with alpha waves.

Beta waves are always present in a being’s normal waking state of consciousness, i.e., when you are alert about the world around you. Meditation helps you to understand what is going on in the outside world by bringing you from the lost world. It makes waves healthy to run the brain functions effectively because it uses a high amount of energy.





Delta waves are the slowest of the brain waves, which helps you to create great awareness. The deepest form of meditation after regular practice help one’s brain to acquire delta waves. It occurs usually when you are in a dreamless slumber. Only then you are clear on your thoughts and removes brain thought blockage.

Theta waves occur while sleeping, our senses are often found to be withdrawn from the external world and are more focused on the signals from within our mind/bodies.  A deep form of meditation helps in creating theta waves which act as a gateway to learning something new and storing it in memory and clearing other blockages of thoughts.

Gamma waves are said to be the “fastest brain waves” among all five waves. It helps in the simultaneous processing of information in the brain. It passes the information at a very high speed in the form of subtle brain frequencies. When you occupy the Gamma Waves through meditation then you are totally focused on your work and learn things very fastly.

Meditation helps in building brain frequencies and strong cells through the flow of energy in brain waves. Meditation helps in attaining more healing by decluttering the old thoughts and generating new cells in the brain with new energy formation which keeps your brain healthy.
