Well, I can tell you this inexpensive body healing spa treatment that you can try at home.
Take 1 big cup of pure mud, you can also opt for multani mitti ( best alternative) mix some aloe vera,  and rose water to make a thick paste. If desired, you can also stir two drops of essential oil to remove the pungent smell of the multani mitti. Smooth the pack all over your body. Let it soak in for 20 minutes under the sun, and then rinse with warm water.
Mud Bath along with sun rays and water will heal and rejuvenates each and every cell of your skin. This is one of the wonderful techniques to experience peace and relaxation.
